Normally, users enter their credentials only once on the ezeep Connector. If they need to change the credentials, they can do so simply by following these steps:


  1. Right-click on the ezeep Connector icon in the Windows tray.
  2. Select Log out. The ezeep Connector icon will show a red cross,

  3. Right-click on the ezeep Connector icon in the Windows tray again and select Log in.

  4. Your default web browser will open the Microsoft login page. Enter your credentials and close the web browser when you see the message “Login Successful. You can close this window / tab now.”
