Organizations with hundreds or thousands or even a few dozen printers are challenged with finding them quickly to apply configuring changes. The ezeep Admin portal comes with powerful search and filter functions to quickly find the right printers.
The Search Printer field above the printer list can be used to find printers by their name. Just type the printer name or part of it and the printer list will update while you type. Emptying the Search field will show the complete list again.
The “Filters” bar on the right can be used in combination with the Search Printer field. You can filter by Location and Model of your printers. The options shown for each category are retrieved directly from the printer configuration in your ezeep organization. Selecting multiple options within one category means that either option may be valid to list a printer. Selecting options from different categories means that at least one option in each category where an option is selected must be correct.
