At this point you have been using Ezeep as a trial and everything is working out as expected. Now you have decided to purchase the service for use in your space. That’s great! But how do you do it? 


Ezeep is a per user, per month subscription. We have lots of packages to choose from. To subscribe, follow these steps:


Login in to your admin portal. https://portal.ezeep.com  


On the left-hand side tabs click on your admin account. Then, pick the Subscription tab.  

Click on Upgrade as highlighted in the picture.

Are you an Enterprise? This is the normal business model run with upper management and employees, etc.  

You can also pick Shared Workspaces. This is most likely a Coworking facility, although there are similar models.

Click on the appropriate Icon. 


Then pick from the packages listed:

The package needs to reflect the amount of people that could print at any time. If you have 50 desks then you should pick a 50 user package, for example. 


Click on Subscribe Now. Input your credit card information and you are good to go. 


The subscription will continue to bill you monthly on the same day that you subscribed per month. Meaning that if you followed this process on the 9th of the month then the subscription will automatically charge your card on the 9th of every month going forward.
