When installing the ezeep Blue Connector or ezeep Blue Connector for PS, your system may have security or firewall software that limits certain network traffic. You may have to allow certain ports and DNS names within your security platform for the connectors to work correctly.
For ports, the ezeep Blue components only use outbound TCP port 443. This port is usually already open/accessible because it is the port for HTTPS traffic, but you may need to check in a very hardened environment.
For domain names, https://*.ezeep.com must be allowed. Also, don't forget to allow DNS names for any social identity provider you may be using to authenticate the connector, such as https://*.microsoftonline.com, https://*.microsoft.com.
