When installing the ezeep Connector or ezeep Connector for PS, your system may have security or firewall software that limits certain network traffic. You may have to allow certain ports and domains within your security platform for the connectors to work correctly.

For ports, the ezeep components only use outbound TCP port 443. This port is usually already open/accessible because it is the port for HTTPS traffic, but you may need to check in a very hardened environment.

For domains, https://*.ezeep.com must be allowed. Also, don't forget to allow domains for any social identity provider you may be using to authenticate the connector, such as https://*.microsoftonline.com, https://*.microsoft.com.
