Printing from Android device

With ezeep Blue you can easily select your documents on your Android device and print them on any printer, without the need to install printer drivers. You can select a network printer in the office or on the WiFi network in your home office. To do this you must have already installed the ezeep print app on your mobile device, if you havent done so go back to ezeep Blue Printer App for Android

Note: If you are printing to network printers, you must first need to assign the printers via the ezeep blue admin portal. or else you can print directly to wifi printers right away!

You have three different options to select a document to be printed.

1. Printing from the ezeep blue app

  • Open the ezeep Blue app on your Android device.
  • Tap on Print (arrow in left illus.).

My Printers

Under My Printers in the ezeep Blue app, you will find all company printers that have been provided to you by your administrator (example in illus.). You can also find the same printers in apps with an integrated print option (e.g. Word, right illus.).

Wi-Fi Printers

Under WiFi you will find all printers that are shared in the Wi-Fi network you are currently using (e.g. in your home office). The same printers can also be found in apps with an integrated print option (e.g. Word, right illus.). Here, printers may be displayed twice, because this display comes from the Android device directly and not from ezeep. Therefore, always select only printers that are marked with the ezeep icon.

Printing from Android device

Before using a Wi-Fi printer for the first time, you must assign a driver to the printer.

  • To do this, select the printer and then tap Select a printer model (arrow in left illus.).
  • Find your printer model in the list and select it (right illus.).

If your driver is not in the list, click on the "Request Support for my printer model" link. Our development team will receive the request and will start working on the driver installation.

After selecting the printer, you can make further settings in the ezeep-Blue app (left illus.) as well as in the apps with integrated print option (e.g. Word, right illus.).

  • Now select the number of copies you want to print and change other settings if necessary (color, orientation, paper size...).
