I have Zapier problems

When using our Zapier integration, a customer may report issues. It is important to note what the specific issue is because different issues are handled by different teams. Issues to be handled by the ezeep Customer Success team are any issues related to the actual printing process, that would normally be handled in the same way for non-Zapier tickets. These include any issues related to the document not printing (in these cases, Zapier will show a success message but nothing will print. These should be treated the same way as the related above troubleshooting scenarios. If the issues are related to document size or formatting, or any part of the Zap creation process (and/or API issues), the case should be referred to our Zapier/integration support personnel.
