In normal operation, a document printed through ezeep should only take 5-10 seconds to begin printing physically, from when the user hits “print”. Some customers may report noticeably longer times, up to 30 or 60 seconds, which is not the norm. This is rarely a cloud or ezeep backend issue, and is usually due to something local to the customer. This could include:
- Slow internet
- Firewall or Security software
- Network connectivity issues
- Network traffic
In general, the customer should be advised to check these things. If the customer is insistent that it’s not their problem, we should gather all escalation data and escalate so our developers can verify.
