I installed the local connecter (Connector for Remote Desktops). It has a red X and the error message “The server rejected the connection”

This usually has to do with authentication of the Connector for Remote Desktops. Commonly, if a user does not have Local Printer Support enabled, this error will occur when they install the Connector. Local Printer Support must be enabled for their user group on the Policies page in the admin portal. Or, the groups list must be empty, which should enable this feature for all users.
