- Gathering data for escalations
- I have a Hub. I printed, but nothing comes out of the printer
- I am using the Connector for Print Server. I printed via Print Now, Chrome Extension, Mobile Apps, Mac App or Zapier and received a success message, but nothing printed.
- I installed the Connector for Print Server. I don’t see any printers in my Network Printers page (in the admin portal)
- I installed the ezeep Print App. No printers are created in my Windows session
- When I print from Windows, I receive a Thinprint error
- When I print, the document has incorrect margins or scaling
- I have Zapier problems
- It takes a long time for my document to print
- You don’t have my driver for your Hub, can you add my driver?
- I can’t claim my Hub through the ezeep Blue portal
- When logging into my Hub remotely, it says “Bad gateway – invalid device token”
- I installed the local connecter (Connector for Remote Desktops). It has a red X and the error message “The server rejected the connection”
