Problem/Symptom:
When I print to ezeep printer(s), I receive the error "error while receiving data".
Cause:
This error is likely to occur when the ezeep subscription has been suspended/cancelled.
Solution/Workaround:
Make sure that your account is not cancelled or suspended. Check the subscription status in the ezeep Admin Portal:
