The ezeep Hub is a dedicated hardware device that connects local printers to the ezeep Blue cloud without requiring a PC. It’s designed to simplify print management in environments where reliability, security, and ease of setup are essential.
One important note: the ezeep Hub requires a separate subscription from your ezeep Blue plan.
How ezeep Hub Billing Works
- Separate Subscription
The ezeep Hub is not included in any ezeep Blue subscription plans. Whether you’re on a trial or a paid plan for ezeep Blue, the Hub must be subscribed to separately.
- Subscription Term
The ezeep Hub subscription can be billed monthly or annually. You can choose your preferred billing cycle when placing your order Order the ezeep Hub
- Activation & Trial
After ordering, you’ll receive a 45-day trial for the ezeep Hub. Once the trial period ends, you will be billed according to the billing option you selected (monthly or annual).
When the device arrives, simply add and manage the Hub through your ezeep Blue Admin Portal.
- Billing Process
Invoices are sent to the email address used when placing the order. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your ezeep Hub subscription, you’ll need to return the device to our offices. Full return instructions can be found here: How do I return or replace the ezeep Hub?
Your subscription includes regular firmware updates, access to support, and full integration with the ezeep Blue platform. There are no additional usage-based fees for the Hub.
