Setting up Pull Printing

The users can print securely with Pull Printing feature. When a user sends a print job to the secure virtual printer queue named "AnyPrinter by ezeep", the print job is held there until the user is authenticated at the printer. There are two authentication methods, mobile device scan QR Code or ezeep Release Station with NFC card. The user walks to the physical printer of their choice and scans the QR code using their mobile device, or the NFC card in the release station and this will release the job from the cloud and be printed. This removes the worry of important printouts falling into the wrong hands. To setup pull printing feature, follow these steps below:

Note: This feature is available in the Business and Enterprise Plan.

Step 1: Enable Pull Printing Policy

  • Log into the ezeep Blue portal with your admin credentials
  • Open the menu item "Policies" in the left pane.
