Technical Requirements

ezeep Blue is designed to fit into many existing environments to provide cloud printing for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, iPadOS, ChromeOS, and Chrome browser using industry-standard printers from HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, Zebra, Dymo, and many more.

Networking

Below you will find a list of network requirements needed for ezeep cloud access.

TCP Ports

The print job requests are sent securely via HTTPS

  • TCP port 443 outbound

DNS

  • https://*.ezeep.com must be allowed.

Internet access 

  • Internet connection must be available to connect to the ezeep Blue cloud

Internet Browser

Access to the ezeep Admin and User Portal supports the following browsers:

  • MS Edge
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
