Error 1920, ezeep Connector for Printserver failed to start

Problem:

I am installing the ezeep connector for print server and the installer rolls back with error "Error 1920, ezeep Connector for Printserver failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. "

Cause: 

During the installationthe service "ezeep Connector for PS" will not start, this can be attributed to lack of permisions.

Solution/Workaround:

1. Verified the Logon user is a member of Administrators.
2. Ensured that all windows updates have been applied.
3. Verified that the Windows Management Instrumentation Service is running. Restarted it.
4. Reboot the machine, then tried again.
