Step-by-Step: Set up cloud printing with Cobot & ezeep

Step 1: Configure printing products in Cobot

  1. Create or review your printing products in Cobot (e.g., BW page, Color page, monthly allowance).
  2. Note the product names and pricing so they match how you want fees to appear on invoices.

Step 2: Connect the Cobot–ezeep integration

  1. Sign in to the ezeep Admin Portal.
  2. Open IntegrationsCobot and click Connect.
  3. Authorize access when prompted and select the Cobot workspace to link.

Step 3: Sync fees

  1. Map your Cobot printing products to ezeep usage (e.g., BW pages, Color pages, Scans if applicable).
  2. Choose whether to apply fees immediately or aggregate them for a periodic sync.

Step 4: Sync members

  1. Sync members from Cobot to ezeep. New members will get a printing profile automatically.
  2. Optionally group members (e.g., “Hot Desk”, “Dedicated Desk”) to apply different printer access or quotas.

Step 5: Assign printers

  1. In the Admin Portal, go to Printers and enable the devices you want to expose to members.
  2. Assign printers to the relevant groups or directly to members.
