Step-by-Step: Set up cloud printing with Cobot & ezeep Blue

Step 1: Configure printing products in Cobot

1. Create or review your printing products in Cobot (e.g., BW page, Color page, monthly allowance).
2. Note the product names and pricing so they match how you want fees to appear on invoices.

Step 2: Connect the Cobot–ezeep Blue integration

1. Sign in to the ezeep Blue Admin Portal.
2. Open Integrations → Cobot and click Connect.
3. Authorize access when prompted and select the Cobot workspace to link.

Step 3: Sync fees

1. Map your Cobot printing products to ezeep Blue usage (e.g., BW pages, Color pages, Scans if applicable).
