How to Downgrade Your ezeep Blue Subscription

If you need to reduce the number of users on your current ezeep Blue plan, you can easily update your subscription through the ezeep Blue admin portal. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ezeep Blue Admin Portal
    Go to https://app.ezeep.com/ and sign in with your admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to Your Subscription Settings
    In the left-hand menu, click on Subscription, then select Manage Subscription.
  3. Choose Your Current Plan
    You’ll see the details of your active subscription. Click on it to view more options.
  4. Edit Your Subscription
    Click on Edit Subscription and adjust the number of users according to your current needs.
  5. Confirm the Changes
     Review your new subscription details and confirm to apply the downgrade.

Note: The updated subscription will take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly in your next invoice.
