These instructions will guide you through the installation process of ezeep Blue as listed on the ThinPrint Cloud Printer website on the Getting Started page.

First, pick up your Android or iOS phone on which you need to install ezeep Blue.
Search the App Store for the word "ezeep Blue" and download the "ezeep Blue Printer App". Note: We offer a separate app called "ezeep by ThinPrint Cloud" and "ezeep". Please do not download these apps, only download the "ezeep Blue Printer App".
Click download and "ezeep the app.

Click "Register" in the app to create a new account, and enter your information.

To print a document using the app, click „Print“ at the bottom and select a document or file.
Now you need to select a printer. All printers that are on the same network will be automatically displayed in the app. You may need to wait a few moments or refresh the app if you have just turned on your printer.
Whoever your printer is and tap "Printer model" to select the correct printer driver.
To do this, search for the printer name in the search bar. Sometimes the printer is not immediately available in the app. In this case, search for a similar printer driver or choose a universal printer driver.
After the correct configuration, choose the desired printer settings and „Print“.
Set up the ezeep Blue Connector to print to printers on other networks.

With ezeep Blue, you can print to any printer from any device, anywhere. All you need to do is upload the printer to the ezeep cloud. ezeep Blue's unique technology uses only secure outbound connections, and print jobs are encrypted during transmission.
To publish a printer installed on a PC to the ezeep Blue Cloud, you will need:
- A Windows PC on which the printer(s) reside (please note that a connector for macOS is currently under development and will be available shortly).
- The ezeep Connector für Print Server: This software component runs as a Windows background service and publishes your local printer information to the cloud and to your ezeep Blue account. (Note: The Connector will upload any printer on your Windows PC to the cloud. If you need to remove a printer from ezeep, you must remove it from the Windows system on your Connector PC.
Download the ezeep Blue Connector for print servers and install it on your Microsoft Windows device.

First download the ezeep Connector for Print Server. Log into your account on the ezeep website using your Windows PC. You can find the connector in the ezeep Admin Portal Quickstart Step 1.
Then run the installer and follow the instructions.

Once the installation is complete, a window will appear with a login prompt. Log in with your ezeep Blue credentials.
&Check your newly added printers
After you log in, you can go to Network Printers > Connectors and see that your new print server / PC is listed in the connectors.
Now, if you click on the Printers tab, your new printers will be listed.
Your print server/PC's printers are now available in ezeep Blue, and you can now use central printer mapping to assign printers to your users.

With ezeep Blue, it is easy to assign all printers connected to your ezeep Blue account üvia an ezeep Blue Connector for Print Server or ezeep Hub.
Group assignments are used to make printers available to users with group assignments.
When you select one or more printers üusing the checkboxes, you can ücreate an assignment to a user group using the "Assignments" tab in the upper right corner.
Here you can specify which user groups should have access to these particular printers.
