Assigning a Role to ezeep Blue Users

In this article, we will guide you through Assigning Permissions to ezeep Blue Users. Within ezeep Blue, Users can be given either "User" or "Admin" access.

"User" access allows them to access the web portal and access "My Printers" and "Apps & Downloads."

"Admin" access gives the account full permissions to the ezeep admin portal and all its management features.



1. Browse to "Users & Groups"

2. Select the pencil icon next to the user account you would like to change permissions.

3. Select the "Role" drop-down menu a pick either "User" or "Admin" and then select "Done" in the bottom right-hand corner.
