Printing from Windows

With ezeep Blue, you can easily print from a remote desktop session or to a remote printer from Windows just like you would with a printer connected locally to your computer. So whether you are accessing your organization's shared printers via the Connector for Print Server or redirecting your printer to your remote desktop or virtual desktop session, all that is needed on your end computer is the ezeep Blue PrintApp.

Install the ezeep Blue PrintApp

Navigate to the Apps and Downloads page in your ezeep user portal, and download the PrintApp for Windows

Run the installer package and follow the wizard prompts. For most cases, select the "Typical" installation.

After installing, you may be asked to reboot your computer.

After rebooting, a browser login will pop up. Log in with your ezeep Blue credentials.

Once you log in, you will receive a success message and a link to choose your printers (if using shared organization printers)

Once your printers are assigned or chosen, you will be created on your device in your Windows printer list and can print to them just like a locally connected printer to your computer.
